Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)

Among the multitude of the B horror movie genre, the Cube series stands alone. Regrettably, the first installment is still absent from The Queue, but the series isn't linear so in the end it makes no considerable difference. The Cube saga revolves around a giant mass grid of individual cubes that fit together to make a giant cube, possibly the most sinister villain of the last twenty years in cinema. A group of strangers wake up inside the massive matrix after being kidnapped and eventually discover the gory deaths that await them in rooms that possess traps that bend theories of quantum mechanics to suit their absurd properties.

Every character in this movie is impossible to identify with making their predicament and inevitable deaths hilarious without guilt for lack of respect of human life. One particular 70+ math teacher dies from an inability to ignore the perfect geometry of what are inexplicably hundreds of knife shapes that appear out of nowhere. The likelihood of you making it to the end of this movie is equal to the likelihood of any of these actors going on to other movies. They won't.
